The charges for accommodation are by the day. You will be billed for the day of admission, irrespective of your arrival time. Thereafter you will be billed for each day your pet(s) remain with us up to the day of departure. If you collect your pet(s) before 12:00 on the day of departure there is no charge for that day. If you collect your pet(s) after 12:00 or use our drop off service you will be billed for that whole day. Unfortunately we are unable to offer a drop off service before 12:00.
